What is a mobisode?more info:
In short, they are mini episodes (about 2 -3 minutes long) of brand new Lost material.
Lost Missing Pieces is a series of 13 mobisodes/webisodes of compelling, new, never-before-seen moments from the hit television show LOST, available for viewing first on Verizon mobile phone devices (low definition), and six days later on ABC's website ("high" definition). And by "high" definition I only mean 424x240 wich is much better than the actual mobile release.
Made by the same cast and crew that produce the series, they feature new content that is incorporated into the existing storyline of Lost, and as such are considered a canonical extension of the series. The mobisodes are released weekly, leading up to the Season 4 premiere, and are two to three minutes in length.
